Santa Ana is in the middle of a renaissance and Casa Urbana is in the perfect location to benefit from it.

New residential developments have been sprouting up along Harbor Boulevard, bringing new residents to our area.

Construction of the new OC Streetcar is underway with an estimated completion date in 2024. With a stop at Westminster Blvd. and Harbor Blvd., the OC Streetcar will connect our residents via light rail to downtown Santa Ana and the Amtrak Metrolink Station.

The City is also in talks on developing the Willowick Golf Course, located just a few feet away from Casa Urbana. Our residents can look forward to public parks and new retail and culinary destinations.
